About Matthew
Matthew Majeski studied psychology as an undergraduate at Mount Union College, earning a B.A. in 2000. He went directly to law program at William Mitchell College of Law, completing his J.D. in 2008. Those academic years set the stage for a tradition centered on household dynamics and dispute decision.
He began his legal work in the community soon after law school. In 2008 he joined Volunteer Lawyers Network Ltd as a complete representation lawyer. That volunteer work persisted alongside private practice and stays part of his professional lifestyles.
In 2009 he established his personal practice, running as Majeski Law, LLC, where he served as sole owner and treated household regulation matters. Over time the office shape evolved and his professional list now shows Majeski Divorce and Family Law, LLC. He has treated a range of family regulation instances and built-in facilitated negotiation into his toolbox.
Outside the workplace he has maintained ongoing involvement in nearby legal services and bar things to do. Since 2012 he has served as an advisory lawyer for the Washington County Legal Advice Clinic and has labored as a mediator with the Conflict Resolution Center. He holds club in the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts and in numerous nearby bar associations, which includes the Minnesota State Bar Association, the Ramsey County Bar Association and the Washington County Bar Association. He additionally served as co-chair of the Ramsey County Bar Association Family area from 2014 to 2016.
Majeski’s volunteer work runs parallel to his personal practice. He has been listed as a complete representation lawyer for Volunteer Lawyers Network Ltd since 2008. That involvement reflects ongoing ties to pro bono and low-bono offerings in his region.
In proceedings, mediations and client conferences he combines litigation knowledge and mediation education. He has labored on custody, divorce, parenting-time and related monetary matters. He participates in continuing education through bar teams and household law organizations to maintain recent on procedural modifications and resources available to clients.
He practices in Minnesota and manages a small company that handles family law cases and dispute resolution. His current practice makes a speciality of household regulation, divorce and mediation.
