About Matthew

Matthew Lenza constructed his legal foundation at St. John’s University. He earned a B.A. in political science and later returned to the law program, finishing a J.D. with an attention in constitutional law. Those classroom years shaped a curiosity in both public policy and personal legal practice.

He started his legal career in private practice. In 2004 he labored at Amabile & Erman, P.C., taking at the day-to-day matters that younger associates frequently manage. Three years later he moved into academia for a time, serving as a part-time law professor at St. John’s University in 2007.
