About Matthew
Matthew Kraeuter earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2009 after finishing a Bachelor of Science in Business at the University of Delaware in 2000. He moved from an enterprise undergraduate education into regulation nearly a decade later, a trail that informs his strategy to legal problems. He trained in Baltimore and has constructed his profession round practice in Maryland and in federal courts that serve the region.
Kraeuter's career blends in-house legal work and private practice. In 2015 he joined Hardwire LLC as general counsel. In that position he served as the company’s chief lawyer and treated the range of legal matters that an in-house counsel encounters, coordinating outside general counsel when wanted and advising government leadership. That in-house knowledge preceded a go back to personal practice and to litigated work.
In 2020 Kraeuter have become a partner at Frost Law. The move placed him in a firm placing where he may perhaps combine his corporate-law background with trial experience. He keeps admissions to the Maryland bar and is authorized to seem in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. Those admissions allow him to take cases in both state and federal boards.
Colleagues describe Kraeuter as methodical and direct. He favors clean analysis over legal theory for its own sake. He has used the ones connections to stay current on procedural advancements in federal courts and on modifications in Maryland statutory regulation that have an effect on enterprise clients.
His practice at Frost Law involves representing individuals and businesses in matters that arise beneath Maryland regulation and in federal instances that contact the state. He appears regularly in Maryland state courts and within the federal courts to which he's licensed. He continues to split time between counseling business clients and litigating when disputes reach a courtroom.
He presently advocates for clients in state and federal courts and handles things springing up under Maryland law.
