Matthew Hawkins combined an early interest within the sciences with legal background. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Health & Nutrition from Texas Tech University before attending Texas Southern University Thurgood Marshall School of Law for his J.D. That educational mix gives him a background in each empirical reasoning and legal analysis.
After law program he built a tradition centered in Texas courts. He is licensed as a Lawyer and Counselor at Law by the highest court of Texas and holds admissions to the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas and the Northern District of Texas.
