Matthew C Enrooth earned his law degree from the University of North Dakota School of Law. He finished this system organized for practice and courtroom work. The law program years provided the inspiration for a legal career that has unfolded in Montana courts and offices.
Early in his profession Enrooth served as a regulation clerk for the Honorable Ray J. Dayton of the Montana Third Judicial District Court in Anaconda. In that position he labored on legal research, drafted memoranda and orders, and got sustained exposure to trial-level procedure. The clerkship offered a close view of how judges control caseloads and make evidentiary rulings.
After the clerkship Enrooth moved into public protection work in Bozeman. At the Bozeman Public Defender’s Office he represented clients in a range of criminal matters. That role involved courtroom appearances, plea negotiations and preparing for trial. He treated day-to-day case management and client contact in a high-quantity placing, a practical schooling that frequently differs from educational training.
Enrooth later joined Vicevich Law as an associate lawyer. In that capacity he persisted practicing in Montana state courts. His background in both a judicial chambers and a public defender office informs his strategy to litigation and client representation. Colleagues say he brings thorough preparation to hearings and trials and can pay attention to court process.
He is licensed to practice in Montana and maintains expert memberships. Outside of the document of jobs, Enrooth has built practical skills in felony legal proceedings, trial advocacy and courtroom procedure. He combines hands-on courtroom experience with the research abilities developed at some point of his clerkship.
Today he is an associate at Vicevich Law. He handles criminal protection and associated matters in Montana state courts, managing instances from preliminary appearances through resolution.
