About Matthew
Matthew Breen constructed a path to the regulation that began within the sciences. He earned a B.S. in Biology from The Citadel in 2013 after which turned to legal studies at Charleston School of Law, where he acquired his J.D. in 2017. He used to be licensed to the South Carolina bar the same yr and holds permission to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
He opened his first practice in 2017 beneath the call Law Office of Matthew M. Breen, Esq. The early years were concentrated on setting up a local presence and dealing with a wide array of client matters in state courts. His practice spans things heard in South Carolina courts and things that reach the Fourth Circuit. He handles legal proceedings from initial pleading thru trial and, when suitable, appellate briefing and argument. Colleagues describe him as methodical in preparing cases and persistent in court settings. He balances the logistics of managing a law company with the needs of litigation practice.
