About Matthew A.

Matthew A. Wiley earned a Bachelor of Science from Drexel University in 2006, the place he studied Management Information Systems and International Business. He continued his legal research at Quinnipiac University School of Law and acquired his J.D. in 2009. Those years set the groundwork for a tradition that blends enterprise and legal thinking.

He entered practice as an affiliate on the Estate Planning Law Center in 2009. That early position placed him squarely within the realistic work of drafting files, advising households, and handling the management of estates. Three years later he stepped right into a leadership role. In 2012 he became principal of Wiley Law, LLC. He later took on managing partner roles at related companies, serving as managing shareholder of Wiley Etter, LLC starting in 2016 and at Wiley Etter Doyon, LLC starting in 2019.

Wiley is licensed to practice in New York, Connecticut and Florida. He holds club within the Florida State Bar Association. From 2013 through 2019 he served because the Connecticut Forum Leader for Wealth Counsel, an organization that brings collectively lawyers who work on estate and wealth planning. Those affiliations reflect each a regional practice footprint and sustained engagement with friends within the area.

Colleagues describe his background as combining technical education and legal practice. A degree in Management Information Systems gives him familiarity with business structures and data concerns. His legal work, starting on the Estate Planning Law Center and evolving through his personal firms, has involved document preparation, client counseling and the procedural work that follows when estates are administered or trusts are controlled.

He has steered small company practice structures for more than a decade. That experience covers the executive tasks of operating a firm as well as the legal work attorneys offer to person and family clients. His career path shows a continuous move from associate to company leader, rather than short stops at giant companies or common changes of direction.

Clients and peers see an attorney who merges practical enterprise sense with the conventions of property-associated regulation. He handles the day-to-day legal drafting and the selections that occur when belongings, family relationships and lengthy-time period planning intersect. Today he continues to practice through Wiley Law, LLC, concentrating his work on estate making plans, trusts and associated things.
