Marshall R. Sumrall earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Houston in 2007 and completed his law degree at South Texas College of Law in 2010. He moved from educational learn about to active practice quickly thereafter, constructing a legal proceedings practice in Colorado and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
