About Mark

Mark Griffin constructed his trail into law through a continuous development of learn about and practice. He studied at Providence College and Union University before finishing his legal education at Albany Law School. Those years shaped his strategy to the court and to client work.

Early in his career he settled in Connecticut. He is a member of the Connecticut State Bar and has worked in the state’s civil courts since moving into practice. He developed a tradition centered on personal injury claims, learning the mechanics of claims, evidence gathering and settlement approach one matter at a time.

Griffin’s work is realistic and case-motivated. He handles claims for humans who have been injured in automobile crashes, at the job and in different incidents that reason physical harm. He represents clients in bargaining sessions with insurers and in litigation when instances proceed to trial. He tends to client matters that require clinical document review, professional testimony and a knowing of how damages are calculated under state law.

Colleagues describe his approach as methodical. He breaks complicated medical and technical information into undeniable phrases for jurors and judges. In written filings he aims for clean argument rather than flourish. In depositions and proceedings he focuses on extracting the details relevant to liability and compensation.

Outside of casework, Griffin maintains ties to Connecticut’s legal network thru bar activities. He maintains up with modifications in civil procedure and coverage law that affect private injury practice. He also spends time mentoring more youthful attorneys in practical trial strategies and case preparation.

He is based at Griffin Injury Law LLC, the place he manages client intake, case strategy and courtroom appearances. The office takes on cases across Connecticut and advocates for clients at various levels, from preliminary claims through appeals when important. He continues to attempt instances and to negotiate resolutions on behalf of injured humans.

In 2026 his practice continues to concentrate on personal damage legal proceedings in Connecticut, representing clients in each negotiations with insurers and in courtroom when claims cannot be resolved privately.
