Mark A Campbell earned his Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law in 2015 after finishing undergraduate study in political science at William Jewell College. He entered law school amid a duration of varied realistic knowledge and left prepared for courtroom work and client counseling. His academic background provided a base in authorities and policy as he moved into practice in the Midwest.
Campbell’s legal career began with a law clerk position at Bryan, Lykins, Hejtmanek PA in 2013. That early role gave him exposure to research, drafting and the day-to-day mechanics of operating a case. After law program he hung out as an associate at Welch & Webb, LLC in 2016 and handled tax things for H&R Block the same yr. He has maintained club in the felony defense affiliation since 2016. Those affiliations have kept him connected to friends in both states and to ongoing legal training possibilities.
His experience touches numerous areas of law. Early tax work sharpened his attention to detail and to statutory adherence. His years as an affiliate and later as a company partner brought trial experience and case control skills. Across the ones roles he has treated filings, motions and client counseling in matters that cross state lines and procedural boundaries.
Campbell runs a small practice out of Campbell Legal, LLC. He divides his time between casework, courtroom appearances and overseeing the enterprise aspect of the firm. He advocates for clients in criminal protection and related things at Campbell Legal, LLC.
