Marife Nazario-Yordan is an attorney that specialize in business law, immigration law, and property law. Nazario-Yordan earned her law degree from Tulane University Law School in 1999. To further enhance her talent, she pursued a Master of Laws in Corporate and Commercial Law from the University of London, completing the program in 2000. This superior education laid a solid basis for her specialization in complex legal matters. Throughout her career, Ms. Nazario-Yordan has held various meaningful positions. She based and controlled Nazario Yordan Law, PLLC, focusing on EB-five Regional Center and investor representation, immigration law, company maintenance, and facilitating business transactions.
From 2019 to 2021, she served as General Counsel for Iconic Caribbean EB-five Regional Center, where she performed a critical position in guiding funding processes. Prior to that, she labored as an attorney at Stone Grzegorek & Gonzalez LLP in Los Angeles, California, from 2014 to 2015, gaining knowledge in a competitive legal environment. In addition to her extensive legal practice, Ms. Nazario-Yordan has been recognized for her contributions to the sector. In 2020, she was named Immigration Lawyer of the Year – USA by Lawyer Monthly Legal Awards, highlighting her talent and influence in immigration regulation.
