About Marc
Marc Chase earned a B.A. from California State University, Long Beach in 1978 and a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1981. Those academic steps led into a legal career that now spans more than 4 many years. His education mixed the West Coast undergraduate experience with legal training in New Jersey. The series formed the practical strategy he brings to legal work.
After completing law school he entered the legal career in the early Nineteen Eighties. Over the years he has worked in workplaces serving clients in northern New Jersey. He keeps a workplace in Hackensack, where he has treated things for a mixture of individual and enterprise clients. That nearby presence has been a continuous feature of his expert lifestyles.
His profession covers a prolonged duration of practice that includes advisory work, negotiation and trial preparation. He has managed client matters from preliminary intake through resolution. The work has required adapting to modifications in law, procedure and technological know-how. Those shifts influenced how he approaches attorney-client communication and case control.
Colleagues describe him as practical and measured in the court and at the negotiating table. He tends to emphasise readability when explaining complex legal matters. That strategy reflects long knowledge with clients who want concise, understandable advice. He has also overseen instances that required coordinating with different mavens, such as experts and consultants.
Outside the office he has maintained ties to the legal community within the region. He has continued to follow developments in state law and local practice. Over the many years he has visible the legal landscape difference, however the basic demands of serving clients have remained consistent: careful analysis, continuous thoroughness and timely communication.
In 2026 he continues to keep his Hackensack office and serves clients within the surrounding area. His current practice makes a speciality of serving clients in Hackensack and the neighboring groups.
