About Lynne
Lynne Layber constructed her academic basis on the University of Wisconsin device. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1980 from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, studying worldwide relations, political science and French. She later finished her law school training on the University of Wisconsin Law School, receiving her J.D. in 1992. Those two degrees bookend extra than a decade of study and a clean shift into the practice of regulation.
After law program Layber became part of the Wisconsin legal community. She is licensed to practice in Wisconsin and has spent her profession working with clients within the state. Over time she has treated things that required courtroom work, client counseling and the type of record drafting that keeps a regulation practice moving. Her knowledge is grounded within the day-to-day needs of representation rather than in headline cases.
Her undergraduate education in political science and international relations informs how she approaches issues. Languages and cultural study — she studied French as an undergraduate — further any other realistic dimension. Colleagues describe her as pragmatic in the workplace, cautious with element and steady in legal proceedings or transactional work. She tends to prioritize clean cause of clients and methodical preparation for hearings and meetings.
Layber’s trail to practice used to be continuous instead of unexpected. She moved from liberal arts into law and then into practice in Wisconsin, where she has remained professionally active. That continuity offers her a regional perspective on courts, administrative bodies and local legal establishments. She continues to work in Wisconsin and stays engaged in things that arise in state courts and businesses.
Today Layber keeps a lively practice in Wisconsin, dealing with matters for clients throughout the state.
