About Lindsey K.
Lindsey K. Terry built her legal basis at Columbia College, where she earned a B.A. in Criminal Justice in 2014. She went directly to Golden Gate University School of Law and received her J.D. in 2017. Those years of study set the stage for a career rooted in court practice and public protection work.
Early in her profession she sought hands-on knowledge. In 2015 she interned at the United States Lawyer's Office. She returned to Tuolumne County Public Defender as an intern in 2017 and remained there as a submit-bar clerk in 2018. Those roles placed her in client interviews, proceedings and courtroom hearings during a formative period for a young lawyer.
Her time on the Tuolumne County Public Defender's workplace gave her sustained publicity to felony matters. She assisted on case preparation, worked on motions and supported trial-prepared files. The aggregate of a federal office internship and public defender work uncovered her to different perspectives in felony law practice and to the procedural needs that come with contested hearings.
After the submit-bar clerkship she transitioned into personal practice under her own name. She opened a tradition operating as Lindsey K. Terry, Lawyer at Law. The move to a solo practice allowed her to manage client relationships directly, oversee legal strategy and handle the administrative aspect of operating a small law office. Clients seeking a lawyer for felony things now seek advice from her practice for advice on proceedings, plea negotiations and trial preparation.
She is certified to practice in California and continues to attract on in advance public defender experience in her recent work. Her practice handles felony protection matters in state courts and places emphasis on direct client service and court representation. Her recent practice makes a speciality of criminal defense in California.
