Leland Malchow built a continuous basis within the regulation starting with an enterprise diploma from the University of Georgia in 1982 and a J.D. from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law in 1985. Those years gave him formal training in trial practice and legal procedure, and that they preceded an early access into firm-degree management.
Not lengthy after earning his Juris Doctor, he became a companion at Nimmons Malchow Johnson Injury Lawyers in 1985. He has labored at that company in a capacity that facilities on legal proceedings and client representation in injury things. His role there has concerned courtroom work and the control of instances that require coordination across experts, insurers and opposing counsel.
Malchow is licensed to practice in both Georgia and South Carolina. His bar and affiliation memberships mirror that regional reach. He holds membership in the South Carolina Bar and has belonged to the Georgia Bar Association and the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association since 1985. As a scholar he was a part of a winning group within the Georgia Mock Trial opposition, an early signal of an aptitude for advocacy. He is also listed as a member of the Gridiron Secret Society, an association associated to local civic networks.
Those roles underscore a practice that combines trial work with service to the legal network. Colleagues and clients have encountered him in management settings as frequently as in depositions and proceedings. Today he continues his practice within the Southeast, dealing with injury-associated things and representing clients in instances that pass through negotiation and legal proceedings. He presently practices in Georgia and South Carolina, targeting personal injury claims.
