About Larry
Larry Lefkowitz earned his J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law in 1983. He finished his law school training in Southern California before setting up his practice connections to Pennsylvania. That early education laid a foundation for an extended profession within the law, one which has emphasized dispute resolution along general practice matters.
After law school Lefkowitz moved into private practice and the courts. Over the years he developed work that frequently concerned resolving contested matters outside the courtroom. He holds a facilitated negotiation certification thru Good Sheppard Mediation, a credential he has used to help events reach negotiated outcomes. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and keeps active membership in the Pennsylvania State Bar.
His expert activities span conventional lawyer roles and the work of an impartial. As a mediator he has managed resolution meetings and facilitated dialogue among opposing facets. In his position as counsel he has advised clients on legal strategy and resolution alternatives. He blends those views: understanding how cases are organized for trial and how they're resolved through negotiation.
Colleagues describe him as realistic and procedural in his strategy. He favors clear timelines in pretrial work, cautious framing of issues in mediation, and easy explanations of risks and benefits. He draws on many years of court and resolution knowledge to help shape realistic expectations for clients and opposing counsel alike. He has stored current with the bar through persevering with engagement in professional things to do and the Pennsylvania State Bar.
Today Lefkowitz keeps a practice primarily based in Pennsylvania where he handles facilitated negotiation things and gives legal counsel on disputes that may be suited to negotiated resolution. He continues to accept assignments as a mediator and advocates for clients in things that advantage from experienced settlement planning. He presently practices in Pennsylvania, handling mediation and related matters.
