About Landon T.
Landon T. Sanders grew up reading records before turning to law. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Education in history from the University of Central Arkansas in 2013 and completed his law degree at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2016. Those educational years set a practical tone. He mixed classroom work with nearby internships and network exercise while making ready for practice in Arkansas.
His first professional position following law school placed him on the general public side of the court. In 2016 he served as a deputy prosecuting lawyer in the fifteenth Judicial District for the State of Arkansas. That post concerned regimen case preparation, court appearances and coordination with local law enforcement. The position provided daily publicity to trial process and the mechanics of case control in district courts.
Also in 2016 he started operating at The Sanders Firm PLLC. He has practiced at that workplace since then. Over the years his casework has crossed among public and personal matters. He has represented clients in court, handled motion practice, and pursued resolutions thru negotiated agreements. The practice has demanded continuous work in record drafting and litigation logistics, and he has treated things that required both written advocacy and oral argument.
Outside the court he keeps memberships in organizations that reflect each legal and local enterprise interests. He has belonged to the Arkansas Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers since 2018. He joined the National Federation of Independent Business in 2017 and has been a member of the Conway Area Chamber of Commerce since 2016. These affiliations have kept him related to advancements in felony practice and to the small business network in central Arkansas.
Sanders brings knowledge from the prosecutor’s table into personal practice. That background informs legal strategy and court approach. He practices in Arkansas courts and continues to work from The Sanders Firm PLLC in Conway. His recent practice concentrates on felony defense and associated matters handled through his company.
