About Kurt
Kurt Holzer has spent more than 3 decades in courtrooms and conference rooms across Idaho. He began his law school training at Mesa State College, earning a B.A. in Selected Studies with an emphasis in political financial system in 1989, and completed his J.D. on the University of Utah in 1992. A clerkship with the Utah Court of Appeals beneath Presiding Judge Judith M. Billings observed immediately after law school and shaped his early view of appellate and trial process.
Holzer moved into personal practice in 1993 as a litigator with Holland & Hart LLP. That first position placed him in high-stakes litigation early in his professional life. By 2000 he was serving as Chief Idaho Trial Lawyer at Murphy, Holzer & Vaughan, LLC, a role that expanded his trial docket and control responsibilities. In 2004 he became a shareholder at Holzer-Edwards, Chtd., and in 2017 he joined Hepworth Holzer, LLP as a partner, the place he continues to attempt instances and advise clients.
He is licensed to practice in Idaho and earlier than the U.S. District Court for the District of Idaho. The record indicates long-time period courtroom practice, including jury trials and complicated civil matters.
