About Kurt A

Kurt A Blake built a career that crosses courtroom practice, actual property, and law school training. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications from the University of Rhode Island in 1990 and completed his law degree at Widener University School of Law in 1993. Those academic years set the stage for a mixed legal and enterprise trail that has unfolded over three decades.

Early in his expert life he obtained a broker license from the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission in 1996. That credential led to work in real estate transactions and title matters. Two years later he incorporated Anchor Abstracting Company, Inc., serving as its founder and president starting in 1998. The organization’s creation reflected a curiosity in the mechanics of real estate deals and the documentation that helps them.

By 2001 Blake moved into law company management as managing partner of Blake & Gross, LLC. He oversaw operations and client work at a time when actual property markets and lending practices have been changing in Pennsylvania. His knowledge operating an abstracting enterprise and holding a broker’s license informed how he handled transactional matters and title issues at the firm.

In 2009 he joined the Pennsylvania highest court’s instructional efforts for the minor judiciary as a teacher. That position placed him before newly appointed and elected justices of the peace and other magistrates. He taught realistic topics relevant to day-to-day court features and the procedural responsibilities of lower-court judges. Teaching further a public-dealing with detail to his practice and stored him engaged with evolving procedural rules.

His workplace affiliations later covered Blake & Schanbacher Law, LLC and listings as a York lawyer. Those expert addresses mirror a regional practice that centers on Pennsylvania clients and things that arise in state courts and local actual estate markets. Over the years he has combined enterprise ventures and private practice in methods that allowed him to advise on each transactional and procedural problems.

Blake’s profile is that of a practitioner who moved among legal practice, business possession, and judicial education. He continues to serve clients thru his law office and maintains ties to the nearby legal community. He currently practices in Pennsylvania, dealing with things that draw on his experience in real estate, title work, and courtroom process.
