About Kirk Matthew
Kirk Matthew Tarman is a certified attorney admitted to practice law within the State of California. He used to be admitted to the California State Bar in 1999. His license is currently in active status. Mr. Tarman is the managing partner at The Law Offices of Kirk Tarman & Associates, a criminal defense company with workplaces in Rancho Cucamonga, San Bernardino, and Los Angeles, California. He has been working as an attorney for over 26 years, serving clients throughout Southern California.
Mr. Tarman earned his law degree diploma from the University of La Verne College of Law, where he graduated in 1998. Prior to law school, he completed his undergraduate education at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, receiving a Bachelor of Arts diploma in Philosophy in 1995. During his time at the University of La Verne, he was actively involved in a number of legal clinics and internships, gaining realistic experience in felony law.
Mr. Tarman concentrates his practice in the regions of felony defense, family violence, DUI and DWI, white-collar crime, and juvenile law. He represents individuals charged with a broad variety of offenses, which includes drug crimes, assault, theft, and violent offenses. His practice encompasses all stages of litigation, including initial case assessment, evidence-gathering process, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in each state and federal courts.
Throughout his profession, Mr. Tarman has treated instances within the Superior Court of California for the County of San Bernardino, the Superior Court of California for the County of Los Angeles, and the United States District Court for the Central District of California. He has also appeared earlier than the California Court of Appeal on more than one occasions. Prior to founding his own company, he worked as an associate on the Law Offices of Stan Hodge and the Law Offices of William Morshauser, where he gained valuable trial and protection knowledge.
Mr. Tarman is a member in good standing of the California State Bar Association. He is also a member of the San Bernardino County Bar Association and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
