About Kevin

Kevin Leeper built a steady legal career that started in the lecture rooms of the University of Massachusetts and Western New England University School of Law. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 1987, then completed his juris physician at Western New England University School of Law in 1990. Those educational years set the framework for a long practice in Massachusetts.

After law school he entered private practice and became active in local bar things to do. In 1995 he served as Private Bar Counsel for the Norfolk County Bar Association. That position positioned him in the center of professional and moral conversations amongst attorneys within the county. He has remained connected to expert organizations over the years, becoming a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association in 2001 and keeping an involvement in bar things.

He is licensed to practice in Massachusetts and is also admitted earlier than the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Those admissions reflect work at each the state and federal appellate level. Over the decades his resume has mixed court work, counsel to clients, and participation in the professional institutions that shape regional practice requirements.

Leeper has practiced under the banner of his own company, Leeper & Associates. The firm name seems as the office through which he manages client matters and coordinates other legal offerings. Throughout his profession he has balanced individual client needs towards procedural and appellate necessities, often drawing on long knowledge with local courts and bar institutions.

He has sustained a continuous presence in the Massachusetts legal community and continues to work in personal practice. He currently practices law at Leeper & Associates.
