Kevin Hahn is a licensed attorney licensed to practice law within the State of California. He was admitted to the California State Bar in June 2004. His license is presently in active status. Mr. Hahn is the founder of Hahn Attorneys, LLP, a law firm located in Tustin, California. He has been practicing law for over 21 years, serving clients across Southern California, which includes Orange County, Los Angeles County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County, and San Diego County.
Mr. Hahn earned his Juris Doctor diploma from Chapman University Fowler School of Law in 2003, the place he used to be a two-time recipient of the Provost Academic Scholarship. Prior to law program, he finished his undergraduate schooling on the University of California, Los Angeles, receiving a Bachelor of Arts diploma in Political Science in 1998. During his time at UCLA, he developed a robust foundation in political science, which has informed his legal practice.
Mr. Hahn concentrates his practice within the regions of insolvency law and personal damage. He represents individuals and agencies in things involving Chapter 7, eleven, and thirteen insolvency filings, helping clients in attaining debt relief whilst protecting their belongings. His personal damage practice encompasses all levels of legal proceedings, including preliminary case evaluation, discovery, mediation, settlement discussions, and trial hearings in both state and federal courts. He has effectively litigated severa private personal injury cases, securing favorable settlements for his clients.
Throughout his profession, Mr. Hahn has treated cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Orange, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California. He was admitted to practice earlier than the state and federal courts of Arizona in February 2006 and earlier than the state and federal courts of Nevada in May 2006. Prior to founding Hahn Attorneys, LLP, he worked as a senior associate with a bankruptcy regulation firm, representing bankruptcy panel trustees in Riverside, Orange, and Los Angeles counties.
Mr. Hahn is an active member of the State Bar of California, the State Bar of Arizona, and the State Bar of Nevada. He is also a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute. Mr. Hahn is English-speaking and Spanish, permitting him to serve the diverse groups of Southern California successfully.
