Kevin A. Watts earned his Juris Doctor from William H. Bowen School of Law in 2018 after completing undergraduate studies at the University of Arkansas–Little Rock. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and an Associate of Applied Science in Law Enforcement, each awarded in 2015.
