About Kellie
Kellie Lowery is the proprietor and lawyer at Lowery Law, LLC in Georgia. She runs a small practice that attracts on a mix of courtroom-side knowledge and personal company work.
Lowery began her educational trail at California Baptist University, where she earned a B.S. in Psychology and Criminal Justice. She went on to study regulation at Georgia State University College of Law and finished her J.D. there. Her studies combined criminal justice concept and practical legal background.
Her early legal work placed her inside courtrooms. In 2019 she served as a judicial extern for the highest court of Georgia. That identical year she worked as a law clerk for the Cherokee Judicial Circuit. Those roles gave her direct exposure to appellate process and trial-courtroom operations. She observed judges’ choice-making and treated legal research that supported written opinions and courtroom rulings.
After her clerkships she moved into private practice. In 2020 she joined Strawinski & Stout as an affiliate lawyer. She then spent time at Davis, Pickren, Syndel & Sneed in 2021 as an associate. Those positions broadened her knowledge in client representation and case control, translating the procedural knowledge she’d gained at the bench into advocacy for litigants.
In 2021 Lowery launched Lowery Law, LLC. She made the transition from affiliate to firm owner within the same year. Her practice reflects the path she observed: courtroom exposure, appellate work, and the day-to-day needs of representing clients. Colleagues describe her strategy as realistic and detail-oriented. She balances written advocacy with court preparation.
