About Keith
Keith Higgins began his educational trail in Georgia politics and law. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Kennesaw State University in 1978. He stayed within the state for legal training, receiving his J.D. from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law in 1983.
After law program Higgins entered public service. By 1988 he was serving as an assistant district lawyer within the District Lawyer’s Office for the Brunswick Judicial Circuit.
