Karyn Kristine Reed is a certified attorney licensed to practice law in the State of California. She was admitted to the California State Bar in 1997. Her license is currently in active standing. Ms. Reed is the founder and senior companion at Reed Law Corporation, PC, a regulation company located in Fullerton, California. She has been practicing law for over 28 years, serving clients across Southern California.

Ms. Reed earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1997. Prior to law school, she finished her undergraduate schooling at California State University, Long Beach, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1993. During her time at the University of San Diego, she developed a robust foundation in legal concepts, which has been instrumental in her successful legal career.

Ms. Reed concentrates her practice within the areas of property law, construction litigation, and business law. She advocates for clients in matters involving real property transactions, business real estate, construction disputes, partnership agreements, foreclosures, and small corporate law. Her practice encompasses all levels of litigation, including bargaining sessions, legal proceedings, and dispute decision, offering complete legal services to her clients.

She has also seemed earlier than the California Court of Appeal on multiple occasions. Prior to founding her own company, she worked as an associate at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP within the real estate practice group in each Philadelphia and Los Angeles, advising countrywide and regional clients on diverse actual estate matters.

Ms. Reed is an active member of the California State Bar Association and holds club in the American Bar Association. She is also certified as a broker by the California Department of Real Estate. Ms. Reed is fluent in English, allowing her to serve a diverse clientele effectively.
