Karen L. Goldstein is a licensed attorney admitted to practice regulation in California. She was licensed to the California State Bar in 2004. Her license is currently in active status. Ms. Goldstein earned her law degree degree from Georgetown University Law Center, graduating cum laude in 2003. Prior to law school, she finished her undergraduate schooling at Georgetown University, receiving a Bachelor of Arts diploma in 1999. During her time at Georgetown Law, she served as a student attorney for the Domestic Violence Clinic, representing victims in D.C. Superior Court and assisting in teaching first-yr students' legal studies and writing as a Law Fellow.

Ms. Goldstein concentrates her practice within the areas of criminal defense and financial crimes. She represents people and businesses in matters involving drug offenses, DUI/DWI, sex crimes, violent offenses, family violence, and federal crimes. She has also appeared before the California Court of Appeal on more than one events. In 2020, she used to be honored with the Trial Attorney of the Year award, the Jerry Giesler Memorial Award, by the Criminal Courts Bar Association, recognizing her prominent contributions to criminal protection.

Ms. Goldstein is a member in good standing of the State Bar of California, the Bar Association of the District of Columbia, and the New York State Bar Association. She is likewise a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL) and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
