About Kacey
Kacey Ziegler earned a Bachelor of Science in political science from the University of Central Arkansas and a law degree from William H. Bowen School of Law. Those educational steps set a practical tone for a profession that moves among public service and private practice. She finished law program in 2009 and joined the Arkansas legal community soon after.
Her early work used to be hands-on. In 2001 she served as an assistant escrow officer for Lenders Title Company, where she handled transactional and shutting details. While in law school she worked on the Arkansas highest court as a 3L regulation clerk and administrative assistant in 2008. After graduation she took positions that tied regulation to housing policy and enforcement: a compliance manager role on the Metropolitan Housing Alliance in 2010, observed by work as leader investigator for the Arkansas Fair Housing Commission in 2011. That blend of administrative, investigative and transactional roles formed a practical approach to legal issues.
In 2014 she moved into private practice at Nash Law Office, P.A. Her resume shows continuous development from access-degree positions into a lawyer’s position that draws on in advance work in title, adherence and housing enforcement. Those experiences imply she understands the facts of real estate closings, the mechanics of administrative investigations and the regulatory obligations that organizations face.
Outside the office she has taken on nonprofit and civic duties. She has served at the board of the Arkansas Hospice Foundation since 2015 and joined the board of the Maumelle Area Chamber of Commerce in 2017. She has been a member of the Arkansas State Bar since 2009 and belonged to the Junior League of Little Rock from 2011 till 2020. Those roles mirror a steady presence in network institutions and local governance.
Colleagues describe a lawyer who combines procedural information with a willingness to manage detailed, frequently technical tasks. Her background at a state supreme court, followed by adherence and investigative posts, gives her a broad view of how guidelines are administered and enforced. That point of view informs her practice and the way she advises clients on regulatory things.
She is presently at Nash Law Office, P.A., the place she handles matters that draw on her knowledge in housing, compliance, and transactional law. Her recent practice makes a speciality of housing, compliance, and transactional things.
