About Justin Alan
Justin Alan Breithaupt took a conventional trail into law but has moved steadily through personal practice since earning his degree. He completed his undergraduate research in political science at the University of Michigan in 2012. Four years later he acquired his J.D. from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School in 2016.
Fresh out of law school, Breithaupt joined Lennon, Miller, O Connor & Bartosiewicz, PLC as an associate. He spent his early years learning the routines of a small firm: drafting court filings, managing evidence-gathering process, and appearing for proceedings. Those first cases supplied realistic court publicity and a grounding in client work that shaped how he strategies matters today.
In 2021 he moved to Kopka Pinkus Dolin PC, again as an affiliate. The difference brought a diverse caseload and new duties. He treated a broader blend of things and took on more direct client touch. Colleagues from that period describe a reliable practitioner who could be counted directly to prepare thorough documents and keep clients knowledgeable.
Since 2022 he has been at Herbert Machnik Law Office. His title there is indexed just as lawyer. The office has been his base while he continues to construct a practice in Michigan. Over the final numerous years he has developed experience across the tasks that occupy a general-practice lawyer: client counseling, pretrial motions, bargaining and court work. He combines the procedural familiarity gained at two in advance firms with the steadier client load of his current role.
Breithaupt is certified to practice in Michigan. He stays involved in nearby professional circles and has maintained continuous club in his expert affiliation since 2016. That continuous presence within the state bar network informs his work and maintains him related to practice trends and procedural modifications on the state level.
Outside the office he has maintained ties to the groups he served whilst at college and in personal practice. He lives and works in Michigan and continues to accept instances through Herbert Machnik Law Office. He focuses his practice on serving clients and handling things arising under Michigan law.
