About Julie Beth

Julie Beth Jouben graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, completing her law degree in 1994. She constructed her foundation in regulation within the early 1990s and based her professional lifestyles in Florida. Early classroom training gave way to years of practice and steady involvement within the state's legal network.

Her name started to seem in immigration circles in the late 1990s. She joined the American Immigration Lawyers Association in 1998 and has maintained that club for many years. By 2000 she had joined the Clearwater Bar Association, where she has taken part in nearby events and expert improvement aimed toward lawyers operating across the Tampa Bay region.

Jouben broadened her expert network within the mid-2010s. She became a member of Cannakaras Inns of Court in 2016 and also joined BNI that same year. Those institutions mirror both a persevering with curiosity in court practice traditions and a practical engagement with enterprise and referral networks. She participates in those teams whilst carrying a caseload and advising clients on legal avenues.

Across her profession she has balanced casework with participation in lawyer-led organizations. Peers see her as a steady presence at affiliation meetings and panels. Clients see a lawyer who aims to explain options obviously and who prepares paperwork and shows with care. She handles things in Florida and advocates for people and agencies earlier than administrative channels where important.

Her practice spans more than three decades, a stretch of time that shows the evolution of immigration regulation and local legal tradition. She has remained lively thru modifications in process and coverage, continuing to attend trainings and nearby bar occasions that keep lawyers recent. That continuity lets in her to draw on long knowledge when advising newer clients.

Jouben works out of Florida and keeps an active role in local legal lifestyles. Her memberships in expert teams reflect an effort to live connected to colleagues and to the institutions that shape practice within the area. She currently practices immigration law in Florida.
