Joseph Whitcomb began his educational journey reading worldwide relations earlier than turning to regulation. He earned a Master of Science in International Relations at Troy University’s Dothan campus and later attended the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where he finished a J.D. and subsequently a LL.M. in International Business Transactions.
