About Joseph

Joseph Gaydos earned his J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law in 1983 and went directly to construct a long profession in Pennsylvania law. He completed his formal legal education in Pittsburgh and entered practice within the state quickly after commencement. Those early years formed a practitioner comfortable in both courtroom settings and administrative hearings.

He rose into company leadership fairly shortly. In 1987 he have become president of Gaydos, Gaydos & Associates, P.C., a role that placed him squarely in the day-to-day management of a personal law workplace. That role required him to stability case work, client relations and the administrative responsibilities that come with running a small firm. The title has been part of his professional identification ever since.

Gaydos has been an active player within the legal network across several county and state bar teams. He joined the Allegheny County Bar Association in 1987 and later took club in the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Fayette County Bar Association starting in 2008. Between 2002 and 2010 he served as a hearing officer on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court Disciplinary Board’s Hearing Committee. In that capacity he presided over disciplinary hearings, reviewed proof and organized findings for the court’s consideration.

That combination of personal practice and repair on disciplinary panels has given him a realistic knowing of each advocacy and regulatory processes. Longstanding ties to nearby bar associations maintain him related to the networks that form practice requirements and court procedure throughout the region. Colleagues and friends have encountered him in committee settings, continuing legal education events and court calendars over several many years.

Throughout his profession he has practiced law solely in Pennsylvania and has maintained workplaces beneath the Gaydos, Gaydos & Associates, P.C. call. He has balanced company duties with volunteer judicial-administrative work and ongoing bar club. He stays based in the state and continues to manage things that occur in Pennsylvania courts and administrative boards.

He presently practices at Gaydos, Gaydos & Associates, P.C., dealing with legal issues in Pennsylvania state courts and administrative boards.
