About Joseph

Joseph Bauer constructed his trail to regulation thru two Midwestern schools and a steady climb through public and private practice. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with Legal Studies from Ferris State University in 2016 and completed his law degree at Valparaiso University School of Law in 2019. Those credentials put him in role to start work in a county prosecutor’s workplace shortly after commencement.

In 2019 Bauer joined the Tippecanoe County Prosecutor’s Office as a deputy prosecutor. In that role he worked on behalf of the state on criminal things and gained trial experience early in his professional life. The prosecutor’s office supplied regular publicity to case preparation, witness dealing with, and motion practice, all beneath the pressures of a public docket.

A yr later Bauer moved into personal practice. In 2020 he became a partner at The Law Offices of Namie Bauer & Associates. The transfer from a central authority position to a regulation company shifted his day-to-day work to client representation and company control duties. He spent that period expanding his practice skills while navigating the demands of operating cases for paying clients and collaborating in company strategy.

In 2023 Bauer took another step, helping to discovered Outlaw Services and serving as a founding partner. Starting a firm required attention to administrative facts along legal work. He treated things that fell to a small firm partner: client intake, case control, and overseeing legal proceedings where wanted. The founding position additionally positioned him in a position to form the firm’s inner processes and public presence.

Colleagues describe Bauer as an attorney who has moved through different parts of the legal system in a brief span of years. That trajectory—from law program commencement to prosecutor, then to partner, and finally to founding a practice—has given him a wide view of courtroom process and the enterprise aspect of a regulation workplace. He keeps professional memberships and stays connected to the legal network in Indiana.

Today Bauer practices regulation in Indiana through Outlaw Services. He continues to work on matters springing up within the state and handles the duties that come with leading a small regulation company.
