About Jonathan
Jonathan Gigele earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2011. He completed the formal law school training that set the stage for a tradition centered on elder and estate things. The academic background gave him the tools to work through complex statutory and fiduciary issues.
After law program he began practicing in Florida and maintains admission in that jurisdiction. Over the years he has developed experience in probate administration, trust things, and guardianship work. He handles document preparation and estate administration tasks, and advocates for clients in proceedings before estate administration courts.
Gigele is active in expert circles related to his work. He is a member of the Florida Bar’s Elder Law Section and the Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section. He also serves on the Palm Beach County Bar Association’s Probate and Guardianship Practice Committee.
