About Jobeth Rocky

Jobeth Rocky Bowers earned her law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2014. She attended law program beginning in 2011 and completed the diploma in 2014. Her law school training supplied a basis in trial work and courtroom procedure, subjects she continued to pursue after graduation.
