About Joan C

Joan C. Foley is a distinguished Professor of Legal Process at Touro Law Center, located in Central Islip, New York. She has been a member of the New York State Bar since 1995, marking a significant milestone in her legal career. At Touro Law Center, she teaches a selection of guides, which includes Health Care Law, Legal Process, and American Trial Courts.
