About Jessica
Jessica Streeter built a path to regulation from a humanities background. She earned a B.A. in Philosophy from New Mexico State University before attending the University of New Mexico School of Law. Those early academic choices shaped how she approaches problems: cautious, methodical and attentive to reasoning.
Her legal studies have been observed by specialized education. Streeter holds a Certificate in Global Arbitration Law and Practice from Hamline University School of Law. That credential adds a formal grounding in binding dispute resolution and alternative dispute decision to her common legal background.
She released Streeter Law Office, LLC in 2020 and serves as owner and lawyer. The company is primarily based in New Mexico and Streeter is admitted to practice there. Before going solo, she was lively in prepared bar work, serving as Director of Region 4 for the Young Lawyers Division of the State Bar of New Mexico from 2019 to 2020. That position put her in contact with other early-profession lawyers throughout the region and involved realistic work on professional issues for newer members of the bar.
Community service has been a part of her public life. Streeter joined the Board of Directors of La Casa in 2021. The following year she have become president of the Dona Ana County Bar Association, a position she holds through the gift. Her management roles in those organizations have concerned governance and outreach work on nearby legal and community worries.
Colleagues describe her practice fashion as pragmatic and thorough. She draws on formal arbitration training when handling disputes and at the realistic lessons of operating a small firm when advising clients.
