About Jess
Jess Tepe built a profession that bridges storytelling and the law. She arrived in the legal world after earning degrees in journalism and media studies. The trail shows in her strategy to instances and courtroom documents: clean, concise, and grounded in facts.
Her academic document starts in Cincinnati, the place she completed a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism at the University of Cincinnati in 2007. She further a Master of Arts in Journalism & Media Studies from the University of Nevada–Las Vegas in 2009. She later earned a law degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University in 2016.
Those years in journalism formed how she analyzes information and communicates it to others. After law program she passed the bar to practice in each Ohio and Kentucky. She is also licensed to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. Active memberships include the Ohio State Bar, the Kentucky State Bar, and the Cincinnati Bar Association.
Tepe practices beneath the name Jessica Tepe & Assoc., LLC. She handles filings and appearances in state and federal courts where she is licensed. Peers and court history notice her awareness to procedural detail and to written advocacy. Her background in media studies gives her an edge when making ready proof and witness statements that must be each accurate and accessible.
Her work — whether or not drafting motions or advising clients on next steps — is cautious and deliberate. She balances an eye for narrative with a knowing of legal mechanics. Outside the courtroom she remains engaged with nearby bar groups in Ohio and Kentucky, attending meetings and workshops that maintain her current on procedural modifications and courtroom guidelines.
She continues to take cases that require strong written advocacy and courtroom readiness. Her recent practice focuses on things in Kentucky and Ohio, including cases filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
