About Jeremy Y.
Jeremy Y. Weltman earned his J.D. from Northeastern University in 2004. He studied regulation at some point of a period of moving practice norms and rising digital evidence-gathering process issues. The diploma provided the formal training that preceded his entry into litigation practice.
He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and before the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Over the years he has built a practice centered on civil legal proceedings. He rose to the position of legal proceedings companion at Kerstein, Coren & Lichtenstein LLP, the place he has taken on case duties that span pretrial movement work, evidence-gathering process disputes, and courtroom hearings.
