Mr. Marquart is an active member of the California State Bar and the Illinois State Bar. He is also a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association. He resides in Coto de Caza, California, together with his wife, Lisa, and their three daughters, Katherine, Caroline, and Courtney. In his private time, he enjoys mountain cycling, ice hockey, and golfing. He is also a vehicle enthusiast and collector and is a staunch supporter of his alma mater, the University of Notre Dame.
