Jeffrey R. Garvin began his educational journey at Western Carolina University, where he completed his Bachelor of Arts in 1970. He went directly to earn a Juris Doctor from the University of Florida within the early 1970s. Those years of study set the stage for a long career in Florida’s civil courts.
Garvin moved into practice at some point of a duration of change within the legal career.
