About Jeff
Jeff Napoli built his legal foundation throughout three countries. He earned a diploma from Simferopol University in 1991, finished a B.A. at Willamette University in 1993, and received his J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law in 1998. Those years shaped the realistic and academic abilities he would bring into court afterward. He arrived in practice carrying a mixture of educational self-discipline and court readiness.
His early profession took him into public service. In 1999 he joined the Washington County District Lawyer's Office as a deputy district lawyer. That position put him at the prosecutorial side of cases and provided regular courtroom experience. He handled preliminary proceedings, motion practice and trials while working along career prosecutors, gaining a knowing of case development from charging through disposition.
In 2003 he moved into personal practice at Gilroy & Napoli, LLC. Over the years he has represented clients in trial settings and in contested hearings. His memberships in organizations such as the Oregon Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association reflect the kind of work he plays. He also maintains memberships in the Oregon State Bar and the nearby federal bar, allowing him to seem in federal as well as state courts.
Colleagues and adversaries see him as a courtroom lawyer who understands both sides of disputes. He has stored active roles in numerous county bar associations, including Multnomah, Washington and Clackamas. That nearby involvement maintains him plugged into court procedures, scheduling norms and the expert network in Oregon. It additionally means he regularly works on instances that require attention to trial strategy and procedural detail.
Today he practices at Gilroy & Napoli, LLC and maintains lively membership in the Oregon State Bar and the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon. His caseload includes trial work and contested matters in criminal and civil arenas. He continues to symbolize clients in state and federal judiciary and to manage legal proceedings from initial filings through trial and resolution.
He currently practices at Gilroy & Napoli, LLC the place his work centers on felony protection and trial legal proceedings.
