About Jay T
Jay T Neal earned a B.A. in Management from Ouachita Baptist University in 2007 and a J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2010. He moved from a small liberal arts campus to a state law school and started constructing a practice in Arkansas and federal courts. The transition was practical and planned.
He began his legal career in 2010 as an affiliate at Taylor King and Associates. Early work there included research, court filings and appearances that supported trial groups. Those first years gave him court time and a grounding in civil litigation procedures.
By 2011 Neal had joined several expert groups. He is a member of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association and the Clark County Bar Association, memberships he has held since 2011. He additionally holds club in the Arkansas State Bar. On the jurisdictional aspect, he is licensed in Arkansas and within the Federal Circuit, which expands the range of matters he can settle for.
Neal’s practice has been continuous instead of flashy. He handles contested matters and prepares instances for trial. He works on court filings, evidence-gathering process disputes and motions practice, and he appears in state and federal proceedings. Colleagues describe him as targeted on clean legal argument and practical courtroom work.
Outside of legal proceedings rooms he has persisted to wait bar occasions and local affiliation meetings. Those boards have stored him current on procedural advancements and modifications in state practice. He also maintains contacts within the Clark County legal community through the nearby bar affiliation.
Today Neal continues to practice in Arkansas courts and in things that may reach the Federal Circuit. His work stays centered on civil legal proceedings and courtroom representation, and he accepts matters springing up in the ones jurisdictions.
