About Jamie Leigh
Jamie Leigh Allgood studied political science at Christopher Newport University and finished her Bachelor of Arts in 2009. She went directly to earn her Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law in 2012. Those years shaped a realistic approach to regulation. They also gave her the foundation she makes use of in practice today.
After law school, Allgood entered private practice and constructed experience dealing with a variety of matters on behalf of individuals and agencies. She has practiced in Virginia courts and developed a familiarity with state guidelines and procedures. Over time she took on roles that required each court presence and detailed transactional work.
In 2019 she joined the board of the Forward Foundation. That position broadened her engagement outdoor the office. Serving on the board uncovered her to nonprofit governance and community-oriented tasks. It also added a governance perspective she brings again to client matters and firm control.
Allgood’s work has been steady rather than flashy. Colleagues describe her as pragmatic: she prefers clean recommendation and realistic answers. She has handled instances that required close attention to statutory detail and has recommended clients on compliance things. Her education at Regent and early years practicing law tell an analytical strategy that favors cautious planning and measured advocacy.
She now practices at Bowen Ten Cardani PC. At the company she works on matters that require both careful preparation and an eye for workable outcomes. Clients see her as someone who prepares very well and values clean verbal exchange. In the workplace she mentors junior lawyers and contributes to file approach and drafting.
Allgood is licensed to practice in Virginia and maintains a practice rooted within the state’s courts and administrative processes. She balances case work with service at the Forward Foundation board. She is based at Bowen Ten Cardani PC, the place her current practice facilities on serving clients in Virginia.
