About James Lucas

James Lucas Graham built a continuous professional legal career in Arkansas after finishing degrees in criminal justice and law. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Arkansas State University and later took his law degree from the William H. Bowen School of Law. Those credentials set the stage for work that has ranged from private practice to municipal legal service.

He started practicing quickly after law school and was a founding member of Graham and Ethridge, P.A. in 2008. That company supplied him an early platform to try instances and handle client things throughout several regions of civil legal proceedings. In 2011 he opened The Graham Law Office, moving into sole ownership and establishing a base for person representation and trial work. Two years later, in 2013, he took at the position of City Lawyer for the City of Malvern, an appointment that further local government law and nearby government advising to his portfolio.

Over the years Graham has maintained memberships in expert organizations such because the Arkansas Bar Association and trial-focused groups, which includes the National Trial Lawyers Association and the American Trial Lawyers Association.
