Inna J. Efimchik is a licensed attorney licensed to practice law in the State of California. She was licensed to the California State Bar in 2005. Her license is presently in lively standing. Ms. Efimchik is a companion at White Summers Caffee & James LLP, a law company located in Redwood City, California. Ms. Efimchik earned her law degree degree from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, where she graduated in 2005. Prior to law school, she completed her undergraduate schooling on the University of California, Berkeley, receiving a Bachelor of Arts diploma in History in 2000. During her time at UC Berkeley, she graduated with distinction and was the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award in Small Business Counseling Practicum and Trade Secrets. Ms. Efimchik concentrates her practice within the areas of corporate and securities regulation, specializing in rising growth companies and venture capital companies. She advocates for clients in a broad range of industries, which includes software program, internet, cellular, biotechnology, clinical device, and smooth technology. Her practice encompasses all stages of legal work, which includes general company counseling, securities advising, venture capital financings, debt transactions, strategic partnerships, licensing offers, and mergers and acquisitions. She has represented several investor groups based in Ukraine and the Russian Federation and lots of firms initially formed in the CIS nations which have established an U.S. presence.

Prior to becoming a member of White Summers Caffee & James LLP, she practiced corporate and securities regulation in the emerging companies teams at Cooley LLP and at Heller Ehrman Venture Law Group. She also based Emergence Law Group, a boutique firm specializing in corporate and securities law.
Ms. Efimchik is an active member of the State Bar of California. She is fluent in both English and Russian, allowing her to serve a diverse clientele successfully.
