About Ile
Ile Adaramola is a lawyer certified in each Maryland and North Carolina. She earned a B.A. in Criminal Justice from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2006 and finished her J.D. at North Carolina Central University School of Law in 2011. Those educational steps set the stage for a career that has moved among litigation, trust work and private practice.
She began her post-law program profession as a legal proceedings lawyer at Tower Legal Services in 2011. That position placed her in day-to-day courtroom and client-dealing with work. In 2013 she shifted into trust and wealth management as a trust officer at U.S. Trust, Bank of America’s Private Wealth Management Company. The trust role exposed her to fiduciary problems, property-associated concerns and the executive aspect of client asset control.
In 2014 she opened her own firm and became managing shareholder of Adaramola Law Office, PLLC. Running a small company required a different talent set. She oversees initial case intake, client counseling and firm operations. The move additionally allowed her to combine in advance legal proceedings knowledge with the trustee and wealth-control perspective she gained at U.S. Trust.
Outside of personal practice she has maintained steady pro bono and network involvement. Since 2014 she has served as a literacy tutor for the Literacy Council of Buncombe County and acted as a professional bono lawyer thru Pisgah Legal Services’ Mountain Area Volunteer Lawyers software. She is a member of the 28th Judicial Bar Association and holds memberships in each the North Carolina Bar Association and the Maryland State Bar, listings that reflect her multi-state practice.
