About Howard Steven
Howard Steven Rabb earned his Juris Doctor from Cleveland State University. His time in law program preceded a profession built around court work and involvement in nearby legal institutions. The Cleveland legal community has been central to his professional path.
Rabb is licensed to practice in Ohio and in numerous federal courts. His federal admissions consist of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, the Federal Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
