Hiram Pan earned his J.D. from Cornell University before starting a career within the regulation. He studied at a law program recognized for its mix of concept and practice, and he carried that mix into his early days working as an attorney.

After law school Pan took the stairs necessary to practice in Massachusetts. He is licensed to the Massachusetts bar and has constructed a practice primarily based in that legal authority.
