About Harvey

Harvey Levine earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut in 1967 and later finished his law degree at Quinnipiac University School of Law in 1980. Those dates mark two wonderful stages in a professional life that spans several decades. He pursued formal legal background after completing undergraduate research, then entered the Connecticut legal network following law school.

Levine has constructed his career in Connecticut. He is related to Levine & Levine, a tradition through which he has offered legal services to clients within the state. Public history list him as a recent member of the Connecticut State Bar. That membership places him amongst lawyers who proceed to practice under state licensure and subject to local guidelines and courts.

Across the years since receiving his J.D., Levine has accrued lengthy-term experience in the local bar. He has labored through modifications in state law and shifts in courtroom procedures. Those years in practice have given him familiarity with Connecticut’s legal environment and the way cases move thru municipal and state courts. He has represented clients, organized filings and appeared on things that required direct engagement with judges, opposing counsel and court staff.

Outside of the court, Levine’s work has included advising clients on legal avenues and next steps. He has brought the realistic perspective that comes from time spent dealing with things from intake to resolution. He has persisted active bar membership and maintained a presence within the Connecticut legal network thru that professional affiliation.

Colleagues and clients have encountered him in the context of the nearby practice of regulation rather than in countrywide forums. His profession reflects continuous participation in Connecticut’s legal system instead of high-profile public office or national management roles. He has remained anchored in the state where he studied and later constructed his professional legal career.

As of 2026, Levine stays in practice at Levine & Levine. He practices regulation in Connecticut and attends to things for clients within the state, continuing to apply the knowledge he has accrued throughout his career.
